Soffit
Soffit installation and replacement at eaves. Ventilated aluminum, vinyl, and exterior-grade wood. Moisture damage repair when applicable.
Execution
Ventilation that protects the wood.
Soffit serves two critical functions: venting the attic to prevent moisture buildup and protecting the fascia wood and the attic itself. When there is existing water damage, we repair it before installing new material. We work with perforated ventilated pieces to ensure the airflow that the roof requires.
