Process

From first contact to documented closing.

Foundation, framing, sheathing, barrier, windows, siding and shingles: seven layers, each installed to specification.

  1. Inspection

    We look at the bones.

We walk the property with a tape measure, not a sales pitch. Every face of the exterior is measured, photographed, and its true condition goes on record. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Proposal

    Every layer, in writing.

The quote arrives in writing: materials by brand and name, scope, schedule, and price. What you sign is precisely what gets built.

  3. Execution

The unseen, done just as well.

Installation follows the manufacturer's specification and the applicable code, line by line, with the owners present on site. Flashing, sealing and nailing within tolerance before anything covers them.

  4. Closing

    It ends on paper.

A clean site, a final walkthrough at your side, and the paperwork in your hands: materials used, warranties, and what each one covers. The job ends on paper, not on promises.

Specification

What you don't see is what holds the work.

Crew installing the weather barrier on a commercial building, Portland metro Weather barrier before the cladding. The unseen work, done just as well.

A well-built exterior shows at ten years, not ten days. That's why the details you don't see (barriers, flashing, ventilation, fasteners) are executed as well as the finishes.

  • Manufacturer specification

Every material is installed as its manufacturer specifies, so the material warranty remains valid.

  • Oregon code

Built to applicable code, with required permits processed before work begins.

  • Documentation at closing

The client receives in writing which materials were used and which warranties cover them. Paper, not promises.

Brand-name materials, installed to each manufacturer's specification.
